Jon Thurston

Jon serves as Hatch Bank's Senior Credit Relationship Manager, where he is responsible for building new relationships and deepening existing relationships with the bank’s credit partners. He manages a broad portfolio of client relationships across multiple industries, including solar lending, healthcare financing, and more.

Jon’s extensive financial services experience guides his work to maintain loan quality, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance. His deep expertise with commercial and consumer lending products (such as credit cards, lines of credit, point-of-sale, buy-now-pay-later, and more), partnerships, operations, and regulatory compliance has strengthened Hatch’s embedded lending partnerships.

Prior to joining Hatch, Jon held several leadership positions at Transportation Alliance (TAB) Bank, most recently serving as Vice President of Diligence and Implementation for Strategic Partnerships. He also completed an immersive fellowship program with BankTech Ventures, further deepening his fintech expertise by evaluating fintech startups, collaborating with industry leaders, and driving banking innovation. He holds a B.S. in International Studies from the University of Utah.
