Jeffrey Green

Jeffrey Green is the Interim President at Hatch Bank, serving as the senior executive responsible for leading the bank’s overall strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. The role balances day-to-day oversight of compliance, risk, and financial performance with long-term vision for innovation, fintech partnerships, and sustainable profitability. Acting as both an internal leader and external representative, the President ensures alignment across stakeholders—board, regulators, employees, and partners—while driving Hatch’s positioning as a best-in-class sponsor bank.

In addition to his role at Hatch Bank, Jeffrey also serves as Managing Director of Verde Technology Ventures, directing operations and investment strategy for the bank’s internal corporate venture capital affiliate. Jeffrey’s work overseeing VTV provides him with unique insight into fintech, payments, AI, and regtech markets.

Prior to joining Hatch Bank, Jeffrey held positions at Firstrust Bank and Newmark Knight Frank. He holds a B.S. from Tulane University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
