Jeffrey Green

Jeffrey Green is the Chief Revenue Officer at Hatch Bank, where he leads the bank’s revenue strategy and fintech partnership platform. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and expansion of strategic fintech relationships while aligning Hatch Bank’s sales, marketing, relationship management, and revenue operations functions. Jeffrey works closely with fintech partners and internal stakeholders to identify new partnership opportunities, optimize existing programs, and build scalable revenue models that support Hatch’s long-term growth. Acting as both an internal leader and external representative, he helps position Hatch Bank as a trusted sponsor bank and banking-as-a-service (BaaS) partner for innovative fintech and embedded finance companies.

In addition to his role at Hatch Bank, Jeffrey also serves as Managing Director of Verde Technology Ventures, directing operations and investment strategy for the bank’s internal corporate venture capital affiliate. Jeffrey’s work overseeing VTV provides him with unique insight into fintech, payments, artificial intelligence, and regtech markets.

Prior to joining Hatch Bank, Jeffrey held positions at Firstrust Bank and Newmark Knight Frank. He holds a B.S. from Tulane University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
